People must know that it is important to execute the job. In most of the cases employee require skill like visualisation. Contract formulation feasible solution and knowjng about cost vs result of ur idea. Not this team management or bullshit thing. Everyone is require to certain activity because they are getting paid and no body wants their subordinate to promote because if they do he will become a boss one day of his current supervisor.
