I would love to see Roddy playing live again. He wrote all his own songs and music, and that guitar solo at 2.38 is him, not some session musician. The "Love Album" was out-and-out attempt break mainstream and break America too. Sadly it didn't work out that way - fortunately, Roddy went on to record many albums which were truer to his soul. For me his landmark return with "Stray" just demonstrated the range of the mans talents - at ease with jazz, blue, out-and-out rock and edgy social commentary. If you reading this Roddy - please tour again :)

I worked at the Virgin Megastore when this was a single. Man, WEA pushed it like nothing else. They saw it as a hit. Roddy Frame could've been a big star. Strange that it didn't happen.
