Most Amazing Cities Found UNDERWATER!
Here is the top list of mysterious sunken underwater cities in the world found underwater! These strange and mindblowing but also amazing forgotten ancient underwater ruins are located deep into the ocean. Check out Alexandria, City of Cuba, Yonaguni, Lake Titicaca, Pavlopetri, Lion City, Heracleion and more underwater cities! Yonaguni Pyramids In the mid 80s, Divers found underwater rock terraces and pyramids off the coast of Yonaguni Jima. Yonaguni Jima is an island that lies near the southern tip of Japan's Ryukyu archipelago, About 75 miles off the eastern coast of Taiwan. At first scientists believed they might be natural formations, but There are quarry marks and some writing on the stones and animal statues that have also been found underwater. Now some experts believe that The structures Could be what is left of the mythical city of Mu, a fabled Pacific civilization rumored to have vanished beneath the waves. Masaki Kimura, a marine geologist from the University of Japan, Has been studying the underwater pyramids for over 15 years. The underwater structures include castle ruins, a triumphal arch, five temples and at least one large stadium, all of which are Connected by roads and water channels and are partly shielded by what could be huge retaining walls. Kimura believes the ruins date back to at least 5,000 years, based on the dates of stalactites found inside underwater caves that he says sank with the city. The theory is that the ancient underwater city Might have been sunk by an earthquake or tsunami around 2,000 years ago. Yonaguni invites tourists and researchers to dive freely around the site. 2. Sunken City of Cuba In 2001, A company called Advanced Digital Communications (ADC) was working with Fidel Castro's government to explore Cuban waters looking for sunken Spanish ships loaded with treasure. Their Sonar equipment picked up a series of geometrical structures lying on the bottom of the ocean. Here's a computer generated image of the pyramids and other structures found underwater. The structures and design made it look like there was A gigantic underwater city at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle. The media went crazy claiming that Atlantis had been discovered in Cuba. There are local legends of the Maya and native Yucatecos that tell of an Island inhabited by their ancestors that vanished beneath the waves. If it's true the structures were made by an ancient civilization, they would have been the Most technologically advanced structures on the planet at that time. Scientists estimate that they would have been built about 50,000 years ago which doesn't seem very likely. The numerous structures and cities that have been discovered underwater around the world Lie less than 120 meters (or 395 feet) below sea level, which comes as no surprise since the sea level never fell below this mark during the time Homo sapiens walked the earth. This Cuban city, if we can call it that, is the Only exception since It is submerged over 700 meters (2300 feet) underwater. If the large structures are actually pyramids, 2 of them are Even larger than the pyramids of Giza and Cheops in Egypt. As of yet there is no plausible explanation for the existence of this city and ADC is still trying to investigate the site. 3. Lake Titicaca Lake Titicaca is Located in the Andes between Bolivia and Peru. It is the largest freshwater lake in South America and was the cradle of Peru's ancient civilizations, including the Inca. Their presence can be seen on Lake Titicaca by the ruins they left behind, including A mysterious underwater temple thought to be between 1,000 and 1,500 years old. In the Incan creation myth, The god Con Tiqui Viracocha emerged from Lake Titicaca. After commanding the sun, moon, and the stars to rise, Viracocha created more human beings from stone. After bringing them to life, Viracocha Commanded them to go and populate the world. The Incas therefore believed that Lake Titicaca was their place of origin, and that upon death, Their spirits would return to this lake. Archeologists located a huge temple in 2000 after following a submerged road (and I'm sure following advice from locals). After 18 days of diving below the clear waters of Titicaca, scientists said they had Discovered a 660-foot long, 160-foot wide temple, a terrace for crops, and a 2,600-foot containing wall along with gold and statues. It is said the lost city was Covered with sediment during a great flood of biblical proportions and local people had passed down the stories of the underwater temple and flood from generation to generation.

Most MYSTERIOUS Ocean Facts!
Check out these top unexplained mysteries of the deep ocean. From strange sounds captured in the deep sea by hydrophones such as the bloop, the train, and julia, to gigantic whirlpools, biggest underwater falls and the milky bioluminescent sea phenomenon. Are deep sea monsters living deep in the ocean? Subscribe For New Videos! http://goo.gl/UIzLeB Watch our "12 Historical Treasures In The Middle East DESTROYED!" video here: https://youtu.be/Nt9mWUpTp1U Watch our "Most HAUNTED Places In The World!" video here: https://youtu.be/h9elrDhft9w Watch our "Most DANGEROUS Religious Cults Ever!" video here: https://youtu.be/VTD1qabI3v0 9. Underwater Falls Voted one of the most beautiful places on Earth, Mauritius is an island nation in the Indian Ocean. On the Southwestern tip of the island you will find a fascinating illusion. When viewed from above, a runoff of sand and silt deposits creates the impression of an ‘underwater waterfall’. But did you know there are actually real underwater waterfalls? Seven waterfalls have been discovered deep underwater. The tallest waterfall on Earth is not Angel Falls, but an underwater waterfall called Denmark Strait Cataract located in the Atlantic ocean between Greenland and Iceland. It is the world's highest underwater waterfall, with water falling almost 11,500 feet and carries 175 million cubic feet of water per second. It is caused due to temperature differences in the water on either side of the strait. Cold water is denser than warm water. And the eastern side of the strait is a lot colder than the western side. So when the waters meet, the cold water sinks below the warmer water, creating a strong downward flow, which is considered a waterfall. And it's not just waterfalls that are under the ocean. There are huge secret rivers, complete with rapids and islands that flow down the sea shelves out into the desert plains creating river banks and flood plains. Here's a picture of the river Cenote Angelita under the sea of Mexico. These salty rivers carry sediments and minerals and could be vital in sustaining life. The world's sixth largest river, by volume, is below the Black Sea. It is 350 times larger than the Thames and 150 feet deep in places. 8. Milky Sea Phenomenon For over 400 years, sailors told tales of a mysterious event that takes place far out in the Indian Ocean. They would come across miles and miles of milky glowing waters, sometimes stretching as far as the eye could see. In 2005, a group of scientists led by Dr. Steven Miller of the Naval Research Laboratory in Monterey, Calif., decided to take a closer look at this story to see if it was true. They managed to register about 235 observations and get a satellite image that showed an area of low lighting in the Indian Ocean about the size of Connecticut. Their samples that they collected indicated the presence of a type of bioluminescent bacteria in the water, known as Vibrio harveyi. This isn't the same kind of bacteria that you might see in waves that use their bright light to ward off predators. This bioluminescent bacteria may actually use light to attract fish, since its favorite place to live is inside a fish's gut. Scientists' guess is that since they only emit a very faint light on their own, they have to gather together to make an impact. Their collective glow can grow to massive, milky sea proportions when their numbers swell to a huge amount -- think 40 billion trillion. They may also congregate to colonize algae. Sounds like a party! It is still only a guess since Dr. Miller and his colleagues haven't determined exactly what causes the bacteria to gather. 7. Unexplained sounds Of course dark, creepy fog can make you jump at anything that goes bump in the night. But what about things that go "bloop" in the sea? With names like "The Bloop," "Train" and "Julia," the sounds have been captured by hydrophones, or underwater microphones, monitored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The decidedly nonspooky nicknames for these sounds do little to dispel the mystery surrounding them. In 1997, NOAA hydrophones 3,000 miles apart picked up one of the loudest sounds ever recorded off the southern coast of South America: the Bloop (which sounds exactly like its name, a bloop). The Bloop mimics marine animal sounds in some ways, but if it were some kind of sea creature it would have to be almost the size of the Eiffel tower for that sound to be heard from 3,000 miles away. So what made the sound? It's anyone's guess but deep-sea monsters aside, NOAA holds the most likely explanation for The Bloop is that it was the sound of a large iceberg fracturing. Sure.... Another weird noise known as Julia sounds almost like someone whining or maybe even singing under water. The eastern equatorial Pacific autonomous array (the fancy name for the network of hydrophones) picked up this strange sound that lasted 15 seconds in 1999.

7 Mountains That Are Bigger Than Everest
If you enjoy my content, please follow me on: Website - http://7topmost.com Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/7topmost Twitter - https://twitter.com/7topmost Description: Mauna Kea Everest is 8,848m (shown as x) above sea level. Mauna Kea is 4,205m (shown as y) above sea level. Everest is considered to be the world's tallest mountain as its peak is the highest point above sea level on the earth's surface. Almost half of Mauna Kea is below the surface of the ocean. From base to summit Mauna Kea measures 10,200m(shown as z) which makes it taller than Everest. K2 For a few weeks every year it actually becomes taller than Mount Everest In the winter the mountain gets covered in a ridiculous amount of snow, which means that it is able to surpass its taller cousin. Chimborazo The earth is thicker around the equator than the poles. Chimborazo, an inactive Volcano in the Andes is located near the equator than Mount Everest. The summit of Chimborazo is the point on the earth's surface that is furthest away from its center. Making it the tallest mountain on earth. Olympus Mons Olympus Mons on Mars is three times taller than Mount Everest. It the largest known mountain in the solar system. Vesta In the Main Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter is a large asteroid Vesta A giant mountain, three times taller than Earth's highest peak, graces the southern polar region of Vesta. The mountain is pictured in the center of this image. Mount McKinley Mount McKinley is the highest mountain peak in North America, with a summit elevation of 6,168 m above sea level. It is the largest of any mountain entirely above sea level. McKinley rises from a sloping plain with elevations from 300 to 900 m, for a base-to-peak height of 5,000 to 6,000 m. Mount Everest, on the other hand, rises from the Tibetan Plateau, which is at a much higher base elevation. Iapetus Iapetus is a satellite of Saturn. It has an equatorial ridge that runs about halfway around it and gives Iapetus a walnut-like appearance. The ridge is about 1,300 km long, 20 km wide, 13 km high. Peaks in the ridge rise more than 20 km above the surrounding plains. Content source: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c0CU_QLj4JgyeT3nRgcswV6yTZVIJCl9dWSlOW06HCM/edit?usp=sharing

Bible Know Best: Jonah's Underwater Mountains | David Rives
Do you remember the story about Jonah and the great fish? Jonah was commanded to travel to Nineveh to witness and warn the people of their wickedness. He attempted to escape from the presence of the Lord by boarding a boat, and after being thrown overboard during a dangerous storm, he was swallowed by a great fish. Jonah states in his account “The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about… I went down to the bottoms of the mountains” 2:5-6 Is that mere poetry, or is there truth in his account? Does the Bible know best? There are underwater mountains and ridges in the oceans. The massive ones are called “mid-oceanic ridges”. These mountains were first charted in the 1950s, thousands of years after Jonah reported that there were mountains underwater. More localized, and more in line with Jonah’s journeys, the Mediterranean and surrounding areas are full of underwater mountains. We can see these on nautical charts and topographical displays, because they’ve been recorded in modern day. The mountains and elevations of underwater features are NOW well-known. Even so, there were no submarines in BC Israel, yet in the inspired Word of God, we read of mountains in the depths of the sea. Get a ride throughout whole Montenegro, from the Adriatic Sea to the galleries and tunnels in the mountainous part of the country. Railway line Belgrade - Bar rises from the sea level to an altitude of 1032 m. The lowest point of the railway line is 3m altitude and it is located in the Port of Bar. Mala Rijeka bridge has a height of 200m from river to track. On one part of the railway there is a tunnel Trebesica with a bridge built in it. During the digging of the tunnel mountain cleavages have encountered. This part of track had to be bridged. After Trebesica tunnel there is a continental climate and a different flora and fauna. The line highest point is located in the tunnel, near Kolašin. After Kolašin the line descends towards Bijelo Polje. The whole Belgrade - Bar railway line has 254 tunnels and 234 bridges. It is not part of the Digimon World series, as suggested by its localized title, but the game does bear a resemblance to Digimon World 3. In the game, the player assumes the role of a Digimon tamer and embarks on a journey to discover, tame, raise, train and command more than 230 unique Digimon. The player can build Digi-Farms to raise, evolve and communicate with the Digimon. Irish Sea Sessions 2011 - 'Belfast Mountains'
Alan Burke sings a stunning version of this 200+ year old broadside ballad, that links Cheshire and Belfast's Black Mountain, and includes a new verse especially for Irish Sea Sessions 2011. Followed by a set of tunes: 'The Mist Covered Mountain', 'Dara Murphy's', and 'Munster Buttermilk'. With the atmosphere and attitude of a session, but in a concert hall, The Irish Sea Sessions 2011 returned to build on the success of last year's event - one reviewer gave it 15 out of 10! Part super-group, part colossal session and part festival, all in a single gig, the Irish Sea Sessions was voted Best Folk/Roots Event of the Year by Liverpool Daily Post readers in 2010. This 2011 line up included top contemporary music stars and some of the finest traditional musicians from Liverpool and Ireland. Under the musical direction of Bernard O'Neil (Syriana, Quicksilver, Sinead O'Connor, June Tabor) the line up included singers Damien Dempsey, Alan Burke, Niamh Parsons, Jennifer John and Ian Prowse alongside Gino Lupari on bodhran Terry Clarke Coyne on flutes and whistles, button accordionist, Dave Munnelly, piper John McSherry, fiddler Meabh O'Hare, guitarist Graham Dunne, banjo-player Stevie Dunne and sean-nós dancer Mary McGuiggan. The Irish Sea Sessions 2012 are now on sale, featuring 14 hand-picked multi-instrumentalists and singers drawn from traditional and contemporary music backgrounds, and from both sides of the Irish Sea.
