How To Apply The Beard Setter
The Beard Setter is a revolutionary beard fixer from the house of Singh Styled, which offers the freedom from heavy gumming agents that clog the beard pores, and the white flakes caused on drying of these agents. Step 1: Pat dry your beard and remove all excess water. The drier the beard, the better the results. Step 2: Scoop out a resonable amount of the Beard Setter using your index finger. The amount of usage will depend on the length of the beard. In a few trials you will know the exact amount. Step 3: Apply the Beard Setter directly on to your beard. Spread the gel evenly, just like spreading butter on a bread. Step 4: Use a Beard Brush or a Beard Comb/Kanga to style your beard, and then tie the beard using a rubberband/beard string. Step 5: Allow the Beard Setter to dry by standing under a fan for about a couple of minutes or in-front of an AC/Cooler. The cooling will help to dry the gel, and make the beard firm.

How to apply the new Ultra Hold Beard Setter, 200 gram pack
This is a short tutorial video where the founder, Charanjeev Singh, shares how he sets his beard using the New Ultra Hold Beard Setter. Step1: Blow dry your wet beard. Use a hot blow dry as the heat helps to straighten the beard. Along with blow drying beard keep brushing the beard. Step 2: Scoop out the Beard Setter and apply it directly on to your beard. Make sure the whole beard is properly gelled. The quantity to be applied varies from beard to beard/Singh to Singh. Give it a couple of days to figure the amount. Step 3: Now use a beard brush to set the beard. Step 4: Tie the beard tail with a rubber band. Make sure the beard tail is a bit loose as it will allow you to tuck the tail with ease. Before you tuck the beard tail make sure the beard/gel is dried. One can stand in front of the air-conditioner or use a Cool Blow, an option your blow dryer might have. It usually takes 5-7 minutes for the beard to dry. Step 5: Once your beard is dry, tuck the beard tail and use a pin to keep the tail intact. Step 6: You may have stubborn beard hair that needs a bit of touchup, usually found below the chin or on the side of the cheeks. Use a bit of the Beard Setter and apply it directly on to the stubborn hair.

Your Hair/Beard Spray is Injurious to health: Singh Styled
"Is Singh Styled planning to launch a Beard Spray?", asked a curious Gagandeep, who has been a Singh Styled customer since December 2015. "What is a beard spray?", I asked. "According to my limited knowledge there are hair sprays, and hair sprays are like cigarettes which are injurious to health." Sprays are used for hair sprays, deodorants, perfumes, paints, etc. Most of the sprays have aerosol, which is a propellant gas, that helps to release the liquid. However, an aerosol is harmful if inhaled directly. If you read the content on your bottle, it clearly states "For External Use only". Which means, one cannot inhale the spray/gas released by the spray. Keeping this fact in mind, no cosmetic company will ever recommend you to use their product to style the beard. Because they know the side effects which include Breathlessness (most common), Sinus, Choking, Skin irritation due to alcohol content, and Lung cancer. This is the biggest reason why none of the cosmetic companies has launched a Beard Spray, because a beard spray is harmful, and FDA will never approve the product. For Styled Styled the health of our customers is of utmost importance, followed by developing a product that helps to do away with hazardous hair fixers and sprays. Based on facts and logic, Singh Styled developed a Beard Setter in a gel form, and not a spray. I hope you agree with the facts and our decision. You can still consult your doctor to verify the points. Why did Singh Styled opt for a Beard Gel and not a Beard Spray?
A significant number of Singhs have recommended me to work on a Beard Spray, rather than improving the Beard Setter. Even though I have a strong logical reply to my decision of working on a beard gel instead of a beard spray, I thought it is better to stay quiet and respect the concerned individual. However, I share with you the decision of Singh Styled working on a Beard Gel and not a Beard Spray! Sprays or aerosol sprays are used for deodorants, and hair sprays. If one reads the can carefully he/she will notice a sign "For external use only!" Which means one CANNOT INHALE the gas/spray coming out of the can, and if it happens, one is inhaling toxic gases/chemicals which are harmful. If one daily inhales these gases/chemicals while setting the beard, one is opening doors to illnesses like Sinus, Asthma, or can even lead to Cancer. In comparison, Beard Gels are safer as they reside on the beard and are not relieving toxic gases, and offer the same service of setting the beard. Team Singh Styled has consulted dermatologists and respiratory doctors before we started work on the formulation. For us health matters over styling, but we invest thousands of hours in creating a product that helps to turn a Singh into Singh Styled!
